Disclaimer: I do intend on retaking, not applying until 2013-2014 cycle (Junior in college).
But I'm just curious what people think my chances are at UVA, Georgetown, Berkeley & Michigan?
I have good softs, although I know that LSAT & GPA are much more important.

Dont worry about this yet. Only half your grades are in anyway. Taking the lsat fall of junior year was somewhat useless/stupid, but keep up the good work and retake for 170+ and you'll be in at Harvard and down.

Well I graduate next fall & only have 9 classes left, so I'm actually almost done. Would you advise just retaking in June?

Yes, that way your apps can be in early and if you don't improve I'm June you can retake in oct and still be early.

Why on gods green earth would you not retake? You're likely to get in somewhere, but if you score marginally higher you'll be in comfortable shape.
