NA Male from midwest liberal arts school poli-sci major w/ internships in dc and leadership program. scored 160 on lsat may take again in june. any chance for top-14?

I think you have a shot in the lower T14 schools depending on how you can frame your internship involvement. But you may want to retake for upper T14 schools

How connected are you to your tribe?

I spent my summers doing internships at na nonprofits (Ncai and niga) and i am strongly connected to my tribe. I am highly motivated to get into a t14 but my first two years i spent at an east coast private uni was a disaster to my gpa. Since transfering i have a 3.8.

So does that mean you're still in school? If you still have to finish the year out and you're doing well, I'd wait a cycle so your GPA will be higher. Also gives you more time to retake.
