Focus on 2012-2013 when using MYLSN?

It seems that the odds of admission at many schools have recently changed. When using MYLSN to gauge one's chances of admission this cycle, is it best to focus mainly on 2012-2013 numbers? Even at Harvard, which is supposedly unaffected by the drop in applicants, a 3.94-4.15 and 170-171 range combo returned 3-7-1 in 2011-2012 while the same type of combo went 10-0 in 2012-2013.
