Don't know to what extent this is still the case, but in recent cycles the general feeling was that you don't get too much of a boost from ED at Columbia. I would ED NYU in your position.

In past cycles, for you ED CLS is bound to be a deferral to RD and ultimate Reserve, maybe reserve -> admit if the stars aligned but this would be in July

This cycle could be different if admissions hail marry's it to try to regain the 172 median, but it seems unlikely.

I would ED Penn for the biggest boost, or RD all.

ED NYU. Also we have certain scholarships for those with military service.
