4.08 GPA and 171 LSAT.
I know I don't have strong numbers relative to these schools, but I thought with the decreasing applications I may have a decent shot at Stanford and Harvard at least.

Just noticed a thread for someone with very similar numbers below. Is there much of a difference between 3.9 and 171 and 4.0+ and 171?

Decreasing apps arent really affecting HYS medians and admissions standards as far as we can tell.
Numbers-wise you're good to go for Stanford, but it will take more than that to get Faye's attention. Focus on strengthening your PS/softs/resume into a compelling application. Id give you a 50-50 shot.
Harvard seems more likely than not -- maybe 2/3. Your JS1 will be important. You might hit the WL but there's a lot of movement and you could come off.

Thanks for responding.
I noticed that the LSAT 25th percentile dropped to 170 at Harvard, so I figured my 171 wouldn't look so bad.
