What kind of socioeconomic background do you come from? Upper middle class? Working class? How much in savings do you have?

There's basically no data to go on, but you should be in. You won't get a Butler or Hamilton, but you could get some decent money.

I think you'll be in at Columbia. Your aid will depend in part on family finances (EFC), and also on how badly they need you to hold the 172 median. Butler/hamilton are reserved for minimum 174, so your aid will be at most $85K.

If your priorities are in that order, then CLS is a good fit. If you really wanted SF first though, its still a tough market to crack even from CCN. I do know a few friends (who arent top of their class) with 1 or 2 CBs at bay area firms but the classes are so small that its quite competitive and far from a sure bet even with multiple bids

Honestly, if you're down with NYC, I'd probably go with whichever T13 offered the most money.
