3.6, 178, non-URM

Hey,

I'm a rising senior at a top school with a 3.6 GPA, a 178 LSAT score. Non-URM, no ECs besides part-time job (about 15-20 hours per week) and a some volunteering (scout troop leader, nursing home). What can I do to make sure I get into CCN with some money? I might get OK recommendations but nothing more because of my poor attendance record and lack of participation. What is the latest I should send in my applications?

Thanks

You should easily get in with money. Send in your apps whenever they're done. The earlier the better, although Columbia and NYU no longer give much of a boost for applying early. But try to get them in before Thanksgiving if you want an NYU decision in December.
