3.2, 162, PR..options for top 30?

Straight out of undergrad, re-taking once. I'm shooting for:

~ Fordham
~ GULC
~ William and Mary
~ Cornell
~ Northwestern
~ GW
~ BC

Other than BC @ 50/50, these look to all be reaches. October retake? If not, just write some killer "Why X" essays and pray. You're not gonna want to dip much further down the rankings though. Employment prospects get bleak.
