I think you have a pretty good shot at MVP down with some waitlists. WL/Out at Columbia and NYU. You should get enough money somewhere in the T14 and you can negotiate scholarships with the rest.

Not an URM. Played sports competitively all through college (captained), involved in various clubs, worked during summer of first two years. So not the strongest softs, was kind of hoping the WE would help bolster that. Not sure what HYP means.

Harvard-Yale-Princeton for undergrad. Common wisdom is that those schools will give you a boost beyond your numbers. Most people will say sports captain doesn't matter too much--certainly won't hurt, but won't boost. Your best shots at T14 are schools you didn't list: NU, GULC, Cornell.Lido997 wrote:Fitz51 wrote:Softs? URM? HYP?

Thanks, that website is super helpful. I didn't list them because I hadn't applied to them yet, is it too late in the process for those to still have a shot?

I'm not an expert, but I think ASAP should be the operative mode here. It's getting pretty late, pretty quick.

RD Penn and UVA are unlikely. Mich is a lot more likely but they're pretty unpredictable.
