is there any possibility to get into a T14 school by a 163 LSAT score (+3.5 GPA)?

Small possibility. Can you retake the LSAT?

In all seriousness, you are going to need at least a 168 to have a slim chance at Cornell, GULC, NU and a 170 to secure MVP and below.

With a 3.5 it's all but impossible.

very very very very unlikely.

At this point, you're out of the top 20. No chance at Top 14. Some shot at T30, maybe

Retake and get a 169+

Are you a URM (AA MA of NA)?
If not, just to reiterate: the chance is so small and in that small chance you are paying sticker

Not unless you're a URM. Retake.
