No. AA URMS get a much bigger boost than other URMs, so OP can't expect to do as well as that person.
That being said, your numbers alone would already give you a chance at CCN and make you competitive at the rest of the T14, so with the URM boost, there's no reason not to apply everywhere and hope for the best (probably out at YS)

I said it's similar and noted the factors which make her a better candidate. I know that AA gets a *slightly* bigger boost than other URM but tbh his #s he should be fine at CCN and down like you said.

Wouldn't be surprised if you get Harvard but definitely in at CCN and down with money from some other schools.
