Do you like the Midwest? You should get at least a few bites with decent money at the Midwestern state schools.
TCR, though, is to take a couple years off, get some meaningful FT WE, retake for a 170+, and then go to Northwestern.

I'm a 167/3.3.. well below Minnesota's GPA median, but they LOVE splitters from past years and it appears this year.
Haven't gotten my decision, but I've been told people with our type numbers (particularly if you have softs... I have minimal to speak of!) are a good fit.
