I am planning to take LSAT this Feb, on the simulation tests I have scored consistently in 173-177 range. I have an UG [Bachelors in Engineering] from an International University , my GPA is around 3.00. I have a masters , also in engineering, from United States, and have a 3.4 masters GPA [top 10 programs in the country].
I have about 5 years of work experience , two of which are in innovations and development at a major technology firm. I also have worked as a technology associate at one of the Big Four companies. I also ran a start up once that hired about 4 people at one time.
What would be my chances at any of the top [t-14], law colleges.

First, we need a REAL LSAT score. Come back when you have one.
Second, a master's degree probably won't weigh as heavily in the admissions process.

Come back when you have an LSAT.
172+ gets you in as a splitter at random T14 schools that need to up their LSAT threshold.

Almost no chance if you are below the LSAT median.
Decent shot if you are at/above it.

I thought schools don't report international GPAs right?
So hit at median or above for a school = good chance to be accepted?

^Pretty much.
But HYS will probably auto reject OP because of the 3.0, despite it not counting toward medians
