No retakes is rough -- Wait out the cycle and ED to UVA (though you only have about a 50%-33% chance or so of getting it). When's the earliest you can retake?

An American 4.0 could. Yours wont be factored into the rankings so its basically irrelevant.

I thought your GPA was American -- unfortunately, a 159 and an effectively "blank" GPA will not get you into UVA. Retake the LSAT for sure.

Actually, spend most of your waking moments studying for the LSAT. A 173 would put you at both Harvard's medians, which gives you a very solid chance there. That's basically the only thing holding you back right now.
