Save your app fee on Berkeley. That's not happening, no matter your score on the December LSAT. Berkeley is extremely splitter-unfriendly. You also have a few other schools listed that aren't kind to splitters.

Check lawschoolnumbers.com and Samara's splitter guide for a better idea of which schools are good to splitters: http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 2&t=162680.

You have a shot at the schools you are at or above the LSAT median.

Not so much F, UCD, BC, BU though. probably 0/4

Decent shot at Emory, W&L, ASU, ND. Im guessing you would get into 1-2 of the 4.

Good shot at Alabama, Ill, Ind, Florida and Georgia. Youd probably get in 2-3 of the 5.

SMU is almost a lock, and greatly out performs their rank.

You are likely an auto reject at places you are below the LSAT median.

170+ gives you a shot at UVA/NU/GULC
167+ gives you a good shot at UMN and a decent shot at GW.

Good luck with that December score.

OP would likely need 172+ to even get a look from any of these this late into the cycle.

Yeah you are going to have a rough time at these schools because your GPA is sub 3.0 and your lsat is only 166. If you could push that up a couple of points then you'd have a better shot.
