164 / 3.93 UNC or Iowa Scholarship?

Already accepted. Can anybody estimate my chance at scholarship (if any), as well as ammount (if any)? Out of State. Thank you.

37% at Iowa and 22% at UNC. Iowa's scholarships are significantly larger, however.
