Erm, yeah, but your LLM from USC should qualify you to practice law in the US, right?

In answer to your question, your GPA won't matter, your LLM GPA won't really matter, and your LSAT being above median at several T14 schools will probably get you into at least one of them. This is a bit touch and go, though, since you'll very likely be paying sticker for a school you only have a 50-50 shot of getting biglaw employment out of.
Apply if you want, but maybe think about putting off acceptances and 200k+ of debt, and that's assuming you don't have any right now.
