Would paying the app fee be worth it?

I plan to write a diversity statement talking about my experiences as a Mexican-American, first generation student from a disadvantaged neighborhood and schools. I'm also going to apply for the public interest and first generation scholarships.

Also - I appreciate the advice, but retaking just isn't an option for me anymore.

There aren't a lot of datapoints, but it definitely looks like you have a low to medium shot at most schools in the T14.
