Multiple LSATs and HYS

Post by idontwantdebt1467 » Wed Nov 14, 2012 3:00 pm

My stats:

157 in June 2008
161 in Sept 2008
169 in June 2012
176 in October 2012

I have a 3.9X (was a NCAA athlete) and have been out of ugrad for 6 years. I have an MBA in finance. Any shot at HYS or big scholarships from the T14? I'm just really nervous that HYS will see my multiple LSATs and cringe. If I don't get HYS or a big scholarship from a T14, I probably just won't go to law school.

Anyone out there been in my shoes? I've looked over LSN many times, but I'm just not sure about the multiple LSATs. Thanks for the help!

Bro, scroll down. There is another post with almost the exact same title.

Inb4 "they don't average, but maybe YS does, but they don't."

What the last guy said, mostly. Though I do think the 15X score might hurt you with YS. Don't they not stay on your record after 3 years? If it's 5 instead, I might consider waiting out a cycle because I think you've got a very good shot at Y if your low scores go away and a questionable one if they don't. It's a subjective feeling, though.
