3.95/164: Chances for Fee Waiver Schools Forum

Hello all,

I took the LSAT in October and was planning to retake in February and apply next cycle after receiving a disappointing LSAT score. However, since then the fee waivers have been rolling in. I'm thinking, if I can apply for free, why not go ahead and apply this cycle and see what happens.

I have two questions:

Do I have a chance at any of these schools?
Does it hurt to apply twice? (if I do decide to retake/apply next cycle anyways.)

My stats/list of schools follow below. Any and all input is appreciated!

LSAT: 164
LSAC GPA: 3.95
Major: History
Undergrad: UC Berkeley
Extracurriculars: Student club leadership, legal experience from working at a law firm throughout college and full time since graduation.

and since your application does not seem to be particularly unique (i.e. in regards to softs, URM), you should look to http://mylsn.info/ to see exactly what your chances are.

EDIT: I think the consensus is that re-applying next cycle would NOT hurt your chances
