I am thinking about moving to TX and trying to find an energy job for a year or two and then try with the test all over again. I retook in Oct and bombed. 10 points lower than my lowest PT.

A few more points would really help you out at a lot of those schools. As of now, UH PT or staying in WV will probably end up being your best bets for matriculating this cycle.
