LSAT - 161
LSAC GPA - 2.88
I have basically decided to stay instate (Arizona) and go to either the University of Arizona or Arizona State (worst case scenario Phoenix Law). If I go out of state I would need a pretty decent scholarship to justify the money of out of state/instate, and the fact that I want to live in Phoenix after I graduate. 161 was just about where i was PT (i was PT around 160-164). Please don't just say "retake and apply next cycle", i started at a 147, and the low 160s felt like my ceiling. I might retake anyways, and hope to get mid 160s, but if I can get into these two schools with the 161 i probably wont. What are my chances at these schools? My own resesarch says that UofA I have a decent shot at, but ASU is on the rise and might be out of my reach. My friend who is a L1 at ASU said that this years class was their best statistically (LSAT/GPA) ever, and I have a feeling they will rise in rankings/selectivity because of it. What are my chances at both?
I have a little bit of "tiebreakers" going for me like a heavy upward GPA (4.0 senior year, 3.8 final 2 years), and I'm and in-state resident. My University GPA was 3.2. My LOR are decent, and I'm still writing my PS. Im not a URM. I also graduated from University of Arizona (does that even matter?)

I THINK 161 is still Arizona's median. If so, you have an ok shot. OUT at ASU, their median is 163. Retake regardless to help your chances.
Dont go to Phoenix. Youre better than that.
Retake in Dec if you can.
Or wait a year and retake in June.
