George Mason ED? LSAT:164 GPA:2.71
I am planning to apply to George Mason Early Decision. I don’t have a lot of information on how much early decision affects the chances so maybe you can help me out with that. I have a 164 LSAT and a 2.71 GPA. I have been working successfully for many companies for the last 7 years (lots of good resume material), and I have a really good personal statement (about being a delegate to the RNC). I don’t have any really good academic recommendations, and have to rely more on professional. Yes I know I’m a splitter (although I don’t think its that extreme), and as such it’s a lot harder to predict with splitters. I went and pulled all the TLS Stat and LSN’s for anyone applying to George Mason close to my GPA/LSAT scores (see below ordered by result, then lsat, then gpa) I didn’t include all the waitlisters (without results), because I want to know what the final result was. So what do you think my chances are?

You outscored 9/10 LSAT test takers. Your GPA is below most TTTs 25th percentile. Youre a big splitter.obsid wrote: Yes I know I’m a splitter (although I don’t think its that extreme)
Anyway, based purely on numbers, I would say your chances are 50/50 RD and 70/30 ED.
