3.6/169. UCLA? NU?
Hit below my PT range of 170-172.
Shooting for UCLA/USC and maybe Georgetown/NU. Should I be ok at the LA schools and have a shot at the others with a 3.6/169 split?
Or should I retake? Don't really want to wait to apply.
I won't list softs because I don't think they really matter.
PS is solid.
Thanks for the input.

I think you have a great chance at USC and if you're a California resident, a good chance at UCLA because your LSAT is in their 75th percentile.
NU and Georgetown are going to be very long shots. I would retake if you have your heart set on either one. You probably don't want to hear this, but 1 or 2 points would make a huge difference for those two schools.

Would you say retake in Dec and apply after or apply then retake and submit addendum if WL?
Also, if I wait and score worse will it hurt my chances?

If you have your heart set on a T-14, then your best bet is to retake and apply next cycle. If you play around with mylsn.info, you'll notice that you're a lock at GULC RD and have great chances at NU RD with a 2-point increase.Ah I know it. -6 on the RC doomed me.

I'm a big advocate of applying early (before November), so I'm against the idea of scrambling to prepare for the December LSAT and submitting this cycle. I'm not sure how schools view a score drop - try searching tls a bit more. From what I've read, it seems like some schools won't care at all, but I still think it doesn't look great.
