Little to no chance at T14. PC is a nice soft but doubtful its going to overcome a sub-160 score. Shoot for 170 in June. Good luck!

What score would I need to be competitive at a school like Georgetown or NYU with my softs?

Shoot for 170 or above.
170 should do it at Gtown. I would say 173 or above with your GPA at NYU. If you can write a phenomenal PS and really sell your background/experiences, maybe less at each.
I think some schools have Peace Corps vet specific scholarships. Don't apply without looking into that.
