What are my chances in the T-14 and UT?

Revising to mention - what are my chances for $$$?
Not applying to Yale, Berkley, Michigan, Georgetown, and Stanford. I looked at LSN and it looks like a 66% chance at some of 5-11 schools. So I am wondering specifically for
Harvard
Duke
Cornell
NYU
Columbia
Northwestern
Chicago
UVA
Penn - Think this is my best shot at decent $$ and good outcomes.
Also was PT higher 169-172 and considering a June retake, but worried about the potential end of URM boost.
Will have ~3.8 years full time WE
