How much money do you have? Only ed if your goal is to go to the highest ranked school as possible at full sticker price.

My goal is to have the best employment prospects upon graduation.
Would you say, for instance, UC Davis (I'm from the bay area) with a small scholarship would be more worthwhile than GULC or UVA with no scholarship?
Should I delay my applications and retake in December in the hope I get closer to 180 like I was PT?
