Good job Da Rascal!

I think you have a pretty good shot at Cornell and a great shot at ND/F/BC

IMO, its worth a couple hundred dollars for you to apply to Duke, NU, GULC too.

You still have next semester to pull it back up, which I would recommend. A .04 drop probably wouldn't matter, but a downward trend does not look good. Also, you said your cycle has been weak so far, but it is too early to tell. Most URMs seem to get accepted much later than other students, except for the URMs with exceptional numbers. I think schools like to survey the URM landscape before deciding who to accept, so they wait until later. I assume you applied to the lower T14? If so, I think some of those will come through for you as a PR male. For now, though, go study!

URM boost notwithstanding, do you really think a K-JD slacker deserves to go to one of the best law schools in the country?

Get that GPA up, get that LSAT up, maybe take a year off to work, hone those apps this summer and next year knock it out of the park.
