I am trying to sort out my options to where I could possibly apply to.
I have a 2.85 gpa and an LSAT score of 177. I don't think being asian qualifies as an URM?
What do you guys think I have a chance to?

Being sub 3.0 hurts, and will limit your chances. However, you probably still have a decent shot at UVA and Northwestern. I think WUSTL may give you a fat scholly because of that LSAT.
Also, asian is not URM. This may help:

Since I still have one last semester until I graduate it would probably bump it up to a 2.95, do you think taking a few more community college classes would help me boost that gpa to slightly over a 3.0?
I have actually had 3.84 semesters for the last year. The gpa is that low is because my first year and a half at my university my parents business was foreclosed which resulted in me having to work full time and try to keep up with school.

GPA addendum will mitigate the damage somewhat, but at the end of the day your numbers are your numbers. And 3.0 isn't markedly better than 2.8, really. Your chances are still GT, NU, and UVA. Still, having an upward trend and the GPA addendum will make those three schools sleep a bit easier.

Things do get a bit less dicey when you get above 3.0. If you can push your GPA up over that threshold just by taking a few night courses at a CC during your last couple semesters, I'd say it'd be worth the effort. But with an early application, your 177 will probably get you into the T-14 either way.
Look at these graphs to get an idea of how schools manage their GPA floors.
