You absolutely need to retake the LSAT. Do not even consider applying if you feel that you are capable of getting in the high-160s or low 170s.

Thanks for your reply. What score would make me competitive at Cornell. 170+ or high 160s+(167,168,169)?

Probably in the low 160s for Cornell. Check http://www.lawschoolnumbers.com (assuming that AA male means African-American & not Anglo-American. :) )
