I have a 3.99 from a top 20 undergraduate school and my LSAT scores are 165, cancel, 167. My softs are very solid; I was a Rhodes finalist last year and am currently getting a Masters in a field related to my projected career path in international law through a fellowship at a prestigious UK university. My LOR's will be very good.
Given that applications are down, where do I have a reasonable shot of getting in? When I applied last year, before having completed my honors thesis, won the international fellowship, and published a journal article, I was on the preferred WL at Georgetown, WL at UVA, and WL and ultimately rejected from Boalt.
Thanks!

Since your numbers haven't changed, and those are waaaaay more important, see this thread:

Re: 3.99/165
I wouldn't cancel unless I was 100% positive I did significantly worse.
