3.48, 168 LSAT URM

LSAT: 168
MA URM
1 year retail management work experience
Decent LORs

I'm hoping to get into a t10 school. Do I have a pretty good shot of any biting?

Duke, Michigan, NU, GULC, Cornell with money, possibly UChicago. Everything else is roughly 50/50, though you can probably get off waitlists at places like UVA by writing them an LOCI.
