Fellow TLSers, what are my chances at a decent school (T-20), given my 3.3 LSDAS GPA, 159, decent softs, and WE. Moreover, which schools should I be targeting?

If you can retake and get into the mid-160s it would appear you'd have multiple shots at t-14 w/$

Your chances at the top 20 are not good. You should seriously consider retaking the LSAT. A few more points would do you wonders.
Being below both medians makes it kind of a shot in the dark. There are only so many below both median seats, and there are a lot of people applying for them.
