Retake in December (implies lots of studying), and then potentially retake again in February. It's worth pointing out that graduating from a top law school with less debt four years from now is definitely better than graduating from a bad law school with lots of debt three years from now.
In short, don't go to Fordham.

Ehhh. Fordham is legit, just not at sticker.
You really should retake and shoot for median (167?) or above .You should get money as a URM above median.

^ Probably not more than 75k or so?
Any school with less than 60% FT legal employment at graduation I wouldn't go for more than 60k COA.
EDIT> I should qualify. There are obviously exceptions to this, but it just seems unwise to go as an international student who can't pick up a lot of jobs as it is (i.e, government) to shell out tons of money to go to a T1 school, even if it is Fordham.

First, if you ED at Fordham, you're probably a lock with what you have right now.
Secondly,

It is FULLY possible for you to go to NYU with even a slight LSAT bump. If you can retake in December with a reasonable expectation of increase, by all means do so. If you don't get NYU this year, sit the cycle out and reapply ED next year.

I dont think they are that good. You are under both medians. If you were at or over one, then yeah, as a URM you would probably get in ED...
Regardless, retake for sure. Like TPM said, NYU is still on the table with a higher score.

75k at Fordham would have much better offers from the t14. I think youre right.twentypercentmore wrote:^ Probably not more than 75k or so?

Congrats! That's great to hear!
For the record, it looks like the OP got a 164, on the retake.
Alex, if you don't mind me asking, what additional essays did you do (if any)? Did you fill out any of the scholarship essays?
Edit: I cannot read.
