I've lurked for a while and finally decided to make an account. I am both Caucasian and Native American. I'm not enrolled, but I have ties to my tribe. With a 164/3.4, do I have any chance of UVA ED?

Below both medians and not enrolled (so technically not a URM) means its a reach for you, even if you ED. Retake and you'll have a better shot at UVA and also CCN if you can get 170+.

If you are not actually a URM, you have no shot at ED UVA. Retake is the only way you'll have one.

Nope. I doubt it even if you were registerred.

Anyone can claim Native American (many people do actually have a little in them). But if you are not tribal registered I recommend submitting an addendum explaining your situation.
