I have a 167....4 in mechanical engineering and was a successful division 1 athlete.
White male from Tennessee attended a non ranked public university
LSN seems to think Ill have a chance for mid to lower T14. I am skeptical because of low LSAT and lack of undergrad university prestige.
Any thoughts? or hope?

I think you have a shot, especially at Cornell or Berkeley.

Short answer: yes, you'll get a T14, but you should really retake. With your GPA + strong softs, you should be aiming for HYS.
This isn't based on evidence, but considering your 4.0 is in ME, I bet a 170 gets you Stanford.

Seriously. Anybody who gets a 167 needs to retake. The average retaker gets 3 points, and there is a world of difference between 167 and 170. OP will certainly get lower T14 (Berkeley, Michigan, Duke), especially with apps being down the way they are. However, a 170 would give OP a great shot at Stanford, between his engineering degree and D1 athlete soft.
