If you don't mind paying sticker, ED UVA looks like a good bet. NYU or Cal could be reaches (esp. Cal). Should be pretty secure lower T14, but you'll be rejected from NU unless you have at least one year of fulltime work experience.
Moral of the story: Apply at least 6-14, with a possible ED at UVA.

retake, get 170+ and you're golden....score history suggests you're capable of it...use the last retake
