URM - Yes
Softs - Teach for America, disadvantaged background
Master's Degree in Elementary Education from ASU with 4.0

I am looking up a lot of different sites and getting conflicting answers. Any feedback about what my reach/target/safety schools should be would be of great help.

I am really looking at DC schools: Georgetown and George Washington

Also how much help is it that I am a URM?

If not flame, in at GULC, probably with money. Apply at least through T10/T6 though too given URM status, strong softs, and high GPA. Probably apply to HYS too, but don't expect to get in.

It means that you're making your stats up. People like saying "4.0/178 URM do I have a shot at NYU???" and "2.5/161, what are my chances at Cornell" threads to troll over-eager TLS members. I don't know why you would be a flame though, pretty normal stats.

If you were African-American I'd say T10 secure and a very outside shot at HYS (worth an app). I'm not sure how the MA URM boost compares to AA, but you still probably have a very good shot at T10 though HYS might be out of the picture.
