What are my chances??
Just wondering what my chances are. I recently got a 145 gpa 3.4. I have my masters degree in health care law and my bsn in nursing. I felt that I prepared pretty well for the test and was disappointed by my score. I am willing to prepare for it again. There is only one school that I can go to here in the twin cities that has a part time programs that will work with my schedule and having kids which is William Mitchell. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Don't go to any school that will accept you with a 145. Retake.

Have you seen the employment outcomes from William Mitchell? I'd rather administer electroshock therapy to my nads than pay actual American dollars to go there.
Retake or don't go.

I know that it's not the best school but when you have to go part time, my options are pretty limited between WM and Hamline which has weekend school as their part time option.

Well that is an idea. I really liked my studies for my Masters. I have considered Nurse Practitioner and may look at that option again. Retaking the LSAT is an option to with some kind of a review course this time.

Re: What are my chances??
After my masters, I was unable to find a job using my degree. With my interest in health care law, it seemed like the next step would be law school. It's always been something that I have been interested in. I was encouraged after speaking to other attorneys that although the job market is tough, I might have an easier time than most with my nursing background. I currently work for an insurance company doing case management and do not use my degree at all which is very frustrating. The pay is good but it's not really what I want to do at this point.

a 165 would likely net you a 100k scholarship to WM.

Re: What are my chances??
I'm pretty bummed about my score but I think I did fairly well considering I prepped for it myself, single mom of three kids, working two jobs. I think I could bring it up with some more hard core studying but I don't have the money for one of those fancy study courses.
