You've got maybe a 50-50 shot at NYU or Chi. Certainly apply everywhere below HYS. You will get several great schools. Don't ED unless you have your heart set on a specific school, which it really doesn't seem you do.

I would think you'd be in at MVP down, with a decent shot at CCN (at least N).

I think a retake would be worth it, especially considering you wouldn't have to wait an extra cycle. 3.74/175 would probably be $75K at NYU.
