Hello everyone. I've been poring over data, but haven't found too many people with my particular stats. I want to know what you guys think about my chances at HYS law (and CCN) – I'm not particularly optimistic at this point. I had a rough start (hospitalized and almost withdrew, but ended up staying and getting terrible grades) that continued into my second year. I also took many community college classes to raise my LSDAS GPA, without which I would have ended up at just below a 3.6. I nearly got a 4.0 my last two years, so there is an upward trend, though I understand that's not extraordinarily significant for law schools. Let me know what you think.
LSDAS GPA: 3.65
LSAT: 175
URM: MA
UG: HYP

HYS with your stats and URM is definitely possible. Apply to each, you'll regret it if you didn't. I'd put money on you getting at least H.

especially with the slight boost you'll get from a HYP UG.

Way to go. Apply broadly and enjoy Stale, Hanford and Yarvard or big money at CCN.
PS, make sure to write a decent addendum about your hospital stay, I don't imagine that hurting you.

In at Harvard (especially if your HYP undergrad is H, you probably don't even need URM status there) and Stanford, Yale might not like the CC courses on your transcript and your GPA is low for them, even as a URM (if your undergrad is Yale, and you had professors that may know law school professors or at least interact with them, get them to write your recs).
