Re: WHAT ARE MY ODDS?
yeah, duke is too low.
you can easily hit T10, and dependent on your softs/URM status, etc., might be able to hit T6

Duke's medians are pretty much your stats. Apply and I bet you get in.

Re: WHAT ARE MY ODDS?
Is that an actual or predicted LSAT score? If it's an actual score, you are in very good shape.

Dude. Work on your reading comprehension: AIM HIGHER. No one cares what UG you went to, internships aren't a big factor, and being white and male aren't handicaps; they just aren't boosts.lawschooljunkie333 wrote:I feel it's the most attainable. Re: WHAT ARE MY ODDS?
What everyone else has said has been correct. I'm from NC (an unknown UG, white female, boring softs) and UNC is kinda a safety for anyone I know who scored over 162. Don't sell yourself short. Job prospects aren't too hot coming from the school/state. Plus coming to UNC from OOS may be a disadvantage.lawschooljunkie333 wrote:I feel it's the most attainable. Re: WHAT ARE MY ODDS?
That really doesn't matter at the admissions stage. I had a 175/3.8 and ended up with $$ from T6s, despite having 0 internships, no involvement in campus life, working retail during the summers, and going to a mediocre state U. It may have an impact on your grades or your ability to get a job with unimpressive grades, but it's not going to hold you back right now.lawschooljunkie333 wrote:I feel it's the most attainable. Don't go to UNC. Duke or UVA if you want to stay around the Mid-Atlantic. It's worth throwing in an app to all the T-14 minus Harvard and Yale.lawschooljunkie333 wrote:?checkster wrote:Flame on.
