These are my friend's stats. She has applied all over the T14 and on further down.
But hasn't gotten any word back from her favs (S & H)
What are her chances?

From what I've read, law schools are more favorable to reverse splitter URM's than normal splitter URM's, so HYS may be out... but a 174 is still a 174 so she may get 1 of them.

Stanford is likely out. They tend to favor higher GPAs, even amongst URMs. They have similar standards to Yale on the GPA end and Yale's lowest GPA last year was a 3.61.

Harvard is going to be tough with that GPA as well. She's probably in everywhere else, though.
