Shot at Penn - applying late...
I got the majority of my apps in by late November, but recently submitted an application to University of Pennsylvania (today, in fact). I know it's awfully late in the game, and my numbers aren't sure-shot by any means, so how do you think I'll fare? 169, 3.65, non-URM. Any hope, or did I just waste $96?

I got WL with a 3.5/170.
Alternatively, I know someone with the same stats as me who was admitted.
So, slight shot?

I guess it could go either way, but even with a <30% chance, I'm definitely crossing my fingers! Thanks!Killingly wrote:I got WL with a 3.5/170.

Well if you really want to go there, there's not much harm in applying. You are below both medians though, so it's definitely not going to be easy getting in. Good luck though!
