White male, would really, really like to get into UPenn. Anyone think that is reasonable? Also, thinking about applying to Georgetown, Cornell, Duke, Vanderbilt, Michigan, Berkeley. What ARE my chances?!

I agree. Random anecdotes from the internet are better.

So hundreds of real application cycles aren't of interest to you but anecdotal anonymous opinions are? LSN is as good a reference as anyone has. Otherwise consult the schools' websites and compare to medians. You would have had a decent shot at those schools early in the cycle. Penn is a reach with sub 170. Your chances are hurt applying late.
