Hi,
I currently have a 3.9 gpa. Resume is great, but lsat is 150. GPA is way above UBuff standards, but lsat is below the 25th percentile. Can I get in? Is there anything I can do to maximize chances?

It's a tough call, but I have to think you'll be wait listed. In-staters definitely get preferential treatment, but the LSAT is low and the school's median has been rising in recent years. I may be biased (from Western NY), but I love Buffalo as a regional TT if you are considering Upstate for post-graduation. That GPA is golden. Regardless, conventional wisdom says retake. 4-5 points and you're a lock at UB. 7-8 points and you're solid with scholly at many TT. 10-12 and you'll easily break T1.
