So I've heard multiple times that schools don't average scores anymore, BUT many schools say something like this "We will place more weight on the higher score, but we will take all scores into account." WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?? I also heard from my former Testmasters tutor that although, on the record, they don't average, many schools actually do.

So since I have a 176 and a 168, should I be gauging my chances with my 172 average or with my higher score?
