3.55, 170, 3.5 yrs WE, 2 yrs Peace Corps

The 3.5 yrs WE with the federal government and almost completely law related.

Is early decision at Chicago possible? Do I need a few more points on the LSAT? How about other T14 - Michigan, Virginia, Berkeley, Penn? Im gonna apply to Northwestern.

You'll need a few more points on the LSAT for Chicago.

You have an okay chance at the other schools ranked 7-14 and Northwestern will like your work experience. If you want UVA, apply ED.
