looks like almost all people with your numbers (and some with higher) got WL'ed. but i don't know if they were ED, and maybe they didn't write the optional essays (for whatever they're worth).

maybe the ED will put you over the top and get you in? seems worth a shot to me.

Write a good app and you should have a shot. Sub-median LSAT, and ~median GPA (0.01 below, but Penn isn't that huge of a numbers whore).
