If going to a T10 is all you care about, I would say ED at UVA.

I'm not necessarily concerned with a "top 10", rather the best school I can get into given these stats

Chances at GW are pretty good ( check out LSN) ... but for any substantial chance at the other schools def ED to the one that you REALLY want to go to. If you ED at NYU, your chances are still pretty slim... you will be more likely to be WLed vs rejected....but overall you probably won't make it off the waitlist ( check out LSN). An ED an UVA or Duke would be more beneficial.

Got accepted to Gtown last week with those EXACT stats (including the 162), but I have combat vet as a soft and PS, which, according to the hand written letter, was fairly compelling.
Applying to all t-14 plus UCLA, GWU, UT, and USC. Expecting 3-4 acceptances in the MVP and below range. Should be good at Cornell, Gtown, and hoping for NW with my work experience. Ultimately, gunning for Northwestern, Penn, Mich, or Berk (or HYS!)
